Thank you for shopping with Daily School Spirit! We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Below is our shipping policy to help guide you through our process.
Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Processing may take 7-10 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if your order is significantly impacted.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 dollars will receive free delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your items within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dailyschoolspirit@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the damaged item, if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
